how to remove "leave comment"

  Does anyone know how to remove the “leave comment” thing?
  I have tried to type several lines of code I found into the blank place (maybe the wrong area — CSS customization?)
  but it’s not working.

  I would recommend disabling comments as a first step. This page should help you:
