how to remove link: ; rel=shortlink from my website ?

  hi..

  when i use http://www.seocentro.com/tools/search-engines/metatag-analyzer.html
  to check Meta Tag Analyzer

  i see this in result :

  

  how can i remove this Shortlink ( link: <http://wp.me/58zon&gt;; rel=shortlink ) from my WordPress website ?
  it also send me to old domain that i had before long time ago..
