How to remove list of child pages on parent page and txt: "This page has the…"

  Hi Fellow Bloggers,
  My blog is http://artbutterflycoaching.wordpress.com/about-me/. theme Misty Lake.

  Can anybody tell me how to remove list of child pages on parent page and txt: “This page has the following subpages”? I know it can be done because I ticked this option myself but cannot for the life of me find where to un-tick it.
