how to remove menu tab under my header.

I decided to write new blogs and start everything new but somehow one of the blogs got stuck as a menu tab under my header and I cannot figure out how to remove it. The ‘about’ can stay but the ‘wasted time’ has been wasting my time trying to remove it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can click on “customize” in the side bar, like you woud to customize your theme.
Your current theme should show in a bar at the top of the right side. Click “customize” there and the customizer will open.
About half way down the left sidebar in the customizer you will see an option called “menus.”
In this section you can click through to see how your menus are setup and you can remove the offending “wasted time” entry by clicking on the down pointing arrow to the right of it and choosing “remove.”
