how to remove menu text in the middle of header image – goran theme?

    The text name for my page is in the middle of the header image ie if its home then it has a big HOME block of text in the middle. I cant seem to figure out how to remove it and how do I add just normal paragraph text like it shows on the bio for the Goran site? Or to just leave it blank so they can see the menu, header text and image with no big block of HOME etc in the middle?
    Hope this makes sense.

    I am also working in Goran, and would love to know how to have the header text *not* display as an overlay on the header image. I have the CSS upgrade – is this something I can alter in the code?

    I believe you just change the template to the Front Page Template to show the paragraph text over the header image, if that was your question, christinaochops.
