How to remove Meta from the sidebar

Can I remove the Meta data that shows on the right sidebar? It doesn’t look very nice…

If so, note that when you haven’t added any widgets yourself, the theme displays a sample set of sidebar items. But those items are artificially generated from the theme’s underlying files, not actual widgets, so you cannot find them in Appearance>Widgets and literally remove them: you cancel them by adding widgets. So just add the Pages widget and whatever else you really want to have in your sidebar.
