How to Remove “My Friends” mybloglog?

  How do I remove this from wordpress. It appears on all my pages on the bottom right hand side.

  Actually, I have my own host where I instaleld wordpress.

  Then you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . That is where the self-hosted blogs are supported.
