How to remove MY WORDPRESS label

I have recently set up a WordPress + Woo Commerce store, which is currently in the testing phase. However, I’ve encountered an issue during the checkout process.
When a customer completes their order, the “Thank You” page is displayed as expected, and an automated email is sent with the order number. However, in the recipient’s email address field, it shows “My WordPress (email visible only to moderators and staff).” I have reviewed all the WordPress and WooCommerce settings, but I am unable to locate where this “My WordPress” label is coming from, or how to remove it.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi there! It looks like the website you’re referring to is not hosted on WordPress.com, but with a different provider. This forum is for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
