How to remove myself from site owned by another?

    I cannot find a way to remove a site (wrtg215fa13.wordpress.com) from “My Sites”. I am becoming very pissed off cause this should be an easy task to accomplish. I’ve looked up articles on the solution but they only talk about deleting the site which I can’t do because I didn’t create the site. My professor created the site for his students to upload posts to, but I no longer want it showing up on my account at all.

    Hi there!

    I’ve take a look at that site. The user name you’ve given here is not listed as a user of wrtg215fa13.wordpress.com. In order to remove yourself from that site, you must log in with the correct account information, and then follow the instructions here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#leave-a-blog

    If you have trouble with this at all, let us know. If you need our help to remove you, you must create a ticket using the correct account information for that site.
