How to remove notification for expired / old domain

    Hi,

    I no longer manage this domain. May I know how to remove it from my profile? As I keep receiving ‘Alert: 360 Travelling appears to be offline or unresponsive’ email.

    Hey @ryankslim, is there no option to remove the domain from your website?

    Please take a look at https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/ . It should be similar.

    I’ve tagged the post with modlook so someone from the staff will follow up.

    Hi there,

    I see two Jetpack connections on your account for 360travelling.com, one for 360travelling.com itself, and one for 360travelling.com/tour.

    I can remove those Jetpack connections for you if those sites no longer exist, but neither of those Jetpack connections have the Monitor feature enabled, so the emails you’re getting aren’t for those sites.

    Does the email perhaps mention the actual URL of the site anywhere? The subject line shows the site title, “360 Travelling”, but it’s possible the site title doesn’t match the domain under which you have it connected.

    Please confirm if we should remove the Jetpack connections for 360travelling.com and 360travelling.com/tour regardless.

    This is the first part of the content in the latest email:

    Your site still appears to be down.
    360travelling.com still did not load when Jetpack Monitor last checked on it.
    It’s been offline for 1 hour.

    Yes please assist to remove Jetpack connections for 360travelling.com and 360travelling.com/tour
