How to remove "older posts" and "…more" button?
-
Hi, i’m a new member in wordpress.
I’d like to remove the “…more” link after my post, because i just want to know how my entire post could be read all on the front page.
Then i’d like to remove the “older posts” button too. I feel it’s like kinda useless because i only have 1 post.Thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there. I had a look at my test site and it appears that the Gateway theme adds that more-link automatically. In that case I don’t think you’d be able to change it, as it’s how the theme is designed to work. However, you can ask in the Themes forum whether there is some setting you can change in this regard. Use this link to start a new thread in the themes forum, and add “modlook” to the tags to make sure a staff member sees it: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/themes#postform
As for the Older Posts button, while you don’t need it right now, as you add more posts it will be the only way for readers to get to your earlier posts, so I’d advise against removing it.
However, it is possible to remove it using CSS. To do that you will need to have the Premium or Business upgrade. You can post in the CSS forum for the code you will need to make this change: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform
See here for more info on the custom design upgrade:

All correct, I’ll try to ask to Themes forum for removing the “…more” link. Thank you for your reply!
