How to remove one of the users on wordpress

Are you definitely the owner of the site? If the other person set up the site initially and they are no longer involved with it then it might be a good idea to get them to transfer ownership of the site to your account.

Hello there, just to clarify if the other person registered the site here on WordPressdotcom, they cannot be removed unless they transfer ownership of the site to you, as @themagicrobot mentioned.
If you go to Step 1 in the support guide he linked to and you see the words “Leave blog” instead of “Transfer blog” when you hover your cursor over your site title, then you are not the owner of the site.
