How to Remove Page from a Menu
-
When I hover with the mouse cursor over the Start Here Menu, the menu is open as it
should, but when I click on the title (Start Here), a blank page is open. How can I change it so even when I click on the title, the menu will open and show the sub-menus? -
Hi again!
If you link to a page, clicking on that link will display that page every time. It sounds like you want a non-clickable menu item instead. If so, you will need to create a custom link for Start Here, and instead of choosing a page to open, just add the # symbol in the URL field like this:

Hi,
While trying to create the un-clickable menu, all my menus disappear
1. Please let me know how to recover them
2. For some reason I can’t reach the window where I see the URL and the Link Text. How do I find it?
Thanks,
Jacob -
Hi there,
1. Please let me know how to recover them
The box next to the primary menu is not checked. Your menus should reappear once the box is clicked:

That is an outdated screenshot on our support page. It does not say link text anymore – apologize for the confusion. You will need to go to Design > Customize > Menu > Custom Link and you will see URL, Navigation Label, and Title Attribute.
