How to remove page title from Home Page
-
On my homepage, it displays my page title as a Permalink above all my other content. I would not like that to be there, but I am not sure how to remove it because when I select it the settings say “No Block Selected”.
I am using the free version of WordPress.com, so I do not have access to the site-wide CSS to change it that way.

Hi there, it’s not necessary to use a screenshot in this case, but if in the future you want to share one, please upload the image to your WordPress.com Media Library rather than trying to link it from pasteboard. Thanks,
By default, all site titles/header images are linked back to your site’s homepage/frontpage and having a site title and tagline are important for search engines. However, if you don’t want the title text to be visible, you can untick the box “Display Site Title and Tagline” in the Customizer under the Tab “Site Identity.”
Let me know how that goes.
