How to remove posts from front page?
-
I’m a complete noob with wordpress, was wondering, there’s so much text on the front page, especially irellevant text that I want to be ‘burred’ a little, unless looked for specifically.
How do I get rid of all the posts, or at least make them only show a snippet?
I’m assuming its something to do with the theme, but I’d rather keep the theme…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can edit your posts and insert “the more tag”. This will split content and visitors can click the link to read more. When they do that they will view the whole post on its own page. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

Use the read more tag.

You can also change the number of posts that show on the post related pages of your blog at settings > reading.

Yes Hemingway, Fusion and Inuit Types have this feature but uchihajax said: “… I’d rather keep the theme” so I didn’t suggest them.
