How To Remove Site Title Underline On Hover

  When you hover over my site name in the header, it creates an underline effect.

  Is there a way to remove the underline effect while still having the site title link to my primary domain/home page?

  Hi, this will get rid of the hover underline on the site title in Twenty Thirteen theme.

  .site-header .site-title:hover {
      text-decoration: none;
  }
