How to remove some bad code!

    Hi guys,

    We urgently need to remove this code from the Head section of every page on our site.
    <meta name=’robots’ content=’noindex, nofollow’ />
    We have downloaded and scanned all files from the site and also searched the database and gone through all plugins installed but cannot find it!

    Does anyone have any ideas on what to do here?
    Thanks for any tips you can provide!
