How to remove static title

    have products That have multiple titles Pertaining to that particular product. I sell jewelry. Dimond Rings 10k, 14k, 18k which you can choose from also you can choose, yellow gold, rose gold, white gold. And more.
    I am using a CSV file to up load my products that have Multiple Variablesl Titles to reflect the selection.
    Examples: Title
    Diamond Ring 10k yellow
    Diamond Ring 14k yellow
    Diamond Ring 18k yellow
    Let’s say the default title is
    Diamond ring 10k yellow
    If a customer wants to choose 14k Everything changes to reflect that selection but the title Still States 10k. I need to be able to utilize the titles in my CSV file to reflect The new selection
