How to remove subscribers?

I only have a few people who have subscribed to my blog. There is one person I would like to delete. Is this possible? If so any info would be a big help. Also, is it possible to block someone from subscribing or even remove the subscribing option all together? Thanks!

If you have a subscribe by email widget, you can of course remove it. If you are talking about the “follow” option in the admin bar, then no, it cannot be removed.
