How to remove the bar with the title appetizers in my post?

  Hi,

  I am very new to wordpress. I am still trying out all the new features. While trying out i have entered a side bar with the name “appetizers” and am not sure how to remove that. Can anybody help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Howdy! To remove that widget from your sidebar, first go to Appearance -> Widgets, and open the First Supplementary Widget Area.

  There you will find a Pages widget, which is what you’re seeing; if you open the widget you’ll see a Delete link.
