How to remove the "Home" content

  Hello,
  On my site, on the top menu, When I click on “Home” it takes me to my site’s Home page, which is fine being called “Home”. I would like to know if there’s anyway to keep the page called Home (as in displayed as “Home” in the top menus), while being able to remove the word “Home” (as content) from appearing when I click on that Home page. Hopefully this makes sense.

  Looks like you were able to remove the “Home” title on your site daubrazil.com by using CSS.
