how to remove the META section from the sidebar?

Hello,
I can’t remove the META section from my sidebar, as well as the Archive section, and I really don’t need them, they confuse the rest of the information.
I am using the theme “White as Milk by Azeem AzeezCan”.
Can you help me?? thanks in advance!

When you first start a blog, there is a sample default set of widgets that are displayed. Go to appearance > widgets and add the widgets you wish to use into the sidebar and the sample set will disappear. Make sure and click the “save change” button after adding the widgets.

Also with me I like the Log in feature but dont know what the rest is used for. Please help remove everything but the log in button

Go to appearance > widgets > remove meta tag widget
