How to remove the old administrator from a blog

Hello, the old owner of the sbskermt blog Jajabd don’t wants to be Administrator anymore of the blog.
He didn’t succeed in removing his administrator rights, neither can I remove them for him.
Can this be fixed?

This may be your answer, but I believe the old Admin will have to initiate it:

You can also be promoted to Admin (sounds like that might have happened already) – then you can do anything but delete a blog (you need to be the owner to do that) – and the original Admin can then just not do anything but have their account associated with the blog
