How to remove the restriction on import from WordPress due to a system crash?

Hello, my blog despuesdegoogle (http://despuesdegoogle.com) hosted in WordPress.com will not allow me to publish new content since Tuesday 16. I wrote the next day the problem was solved with a reply from him saying:
“Our apologies. The system should not have done that.
We have removed the warning in your dashboard and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.”
However, from the same blog Tuesday will not let me import from another blog I have on WordPress. The dashboard displays this message since tuesday. The message in my dashboard:
    “Processing…
We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
I guess the effect of the suspension occurred on Tuesday as the day I imported an xml file which appears to be pending.
Only I have this problem when I try to import from WordPress, but I have no restrictions to import from another platform
Can you remove this restriction so you can import from my blog?
    thanks

  • The 24-hour time limit is actually standard, not part of a suspension. It can take up to 24 hours for the import to complete. Has it been 24 hours since you started the import process?
