How to remove the shadow from photos

How can I remove the shadow from photos and make ‘no shadow’ the default?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can change this on an image by image basis, by using coding in the Text editor, but you can’t make it the default without the Custom Design upgrade.

I went to Custom Design upgrade for a trial spin. Will give it some time to decide which upgrades.

Until then, can you point me to info on coding for photos in the Text editor?

I will also explore, but a shortcut of a pointer from you would be great.

Sorry, when I first visited your blog the images didn’t load, so I gave a generic reply. Now I can see the images, and I checked the sourcecode of your page, so I see you need a different pointer. The theme you’re using doesn’t create any border or shadow around images. But you didn’t create the posts directly in the editor. The shadows you’re seeing are the result of additional coding that has been produced via whatever application you’re using to compose the posts. So you need to either change the settings in that app or insert the images directly in the WP editor.

Ah! I inserted the images using Microsoft Writer.

Now I see, there is a choice for selecting ‘no shadow’ in the top menu bar. Not obvious unless you are looking for it.

Sometimes it feel like I am looking at a forest of identical trees and trying to pick one out from the others. But that will change as I explore, test, and comprehend how things work.

Strange things happen. Menu items (like About) that I tried to activate hours ago suddenly appear, in places I know not how. Same thing happened at the beginning with my Weebly web site. It helps to be very flexible and enjoy being surprised.

This update from you is more than helpful.
