How to remove the “Sign In” button from header
-
Hi! I’m sure it’s a simple solution, but I can’t figure it out. I’ve removed the “Sign In” button from the main page of the site (it was part of the template, hence why it was there in the first place). But if you click on any of my pages, the “Sign In” button appears on top. I’ve been able to add and remove things from the top menu, except that specific button. There’s also no link attached, it’s just an empty button. If you click on a page, like this (https://brycehatch.com/movies/) you’ll see what I mean.
Any ideas? I’ve never had an issue like this before.

Hi! It sounds like that Sign In button might be added to the “regular” Page template header, as well as the “front” page template header. You can absolutely remove it from the Page template too! We do have a guide for how to find and edit the Page template – it’s much like the front page template, but you’d want to select the Page template from the list of available templates when you first go to Appearance > Editor.
Here’s the guide:
Use the Page template for standard pages on your site, such as an About page, a Contact page, or a page explaining your services. When you assign the page template to these pages, they will have the same layout, ensuring a consistent experience for visitors browsing through your site. This guide will show you when and how to edit the Page template and some common changes you wish to make.
