How to remove this green circle?

  i want to know how can i put my logo on this green circle that appears everytime i post, like you guys did…

  i uploaded a blog picture but it seems is not working properly or it is in the wrong place.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You go to My Account up at the top, then click “Edit Profile” Now upload your gravatar and click “Save”. Now it is here!
