How to remove three lines menu icon

  I am using Minimalist Portfolio theme.There are three line menu icon which I like to remove. Is that possible? Tried a few CSS but no success so far…

  Do you want to remove the entire button or do you want to change the icon?

  I think I like to remove them completely as there are menu already.
