  nevermind i found out with the Fullwidth Page Templates i can disable headers and footers

  There are actually 2 main versions of WordPress and related hosting.

  You are using the WordPress.org version supported over at wordpress.org. Documentation for that version is found at https://wordpress.org/support/
  and supported on the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
  That version is widely used and hosted by a variety of web hosts.

  The version of WordPress supported here is unique to sites actually hosted here at WordPress.com. The WordPress versions are different enough that you will get more appropriate support at WordPress.org. You will need to sign up,for the forums there. They are completely unrelated to the forums here.
