How to remove upgrades

  I want to delete my site, cancel domain and get a refund! but it keeps saying that this upgrade is cancellable!!! what is up with that!!!!

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  Hi Darnell, it seems like I managed to remove and delete ichizerobrand.com and ichizerobrand.wordpress.com

  I found out I used a different email for it and other login credentials. Can you please confirm that it is 100% gone and I will not be charged anything related to it? Thanks!

  Not a problem! I have confirmed that ichizerobrand.com is canceled and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
