    You could edit the comment and remove the website url?

  • Unknown's avatar

    I don’t think you can remove profiles from comments.

  • Unknown's avatar

    Yes but with 2.000 comments a week it became impossible and time consuming

    You could always delete the comment? I get a lot of comments on my blog and it does not bother me if people go to other people’s profiles on the comments.

    Ok but I´m bothered …

    Is there a way to fix the problem?

    Well I am gonna tag this so staff can help you, please wait until staff comes and look.

    I don’t know of a way to do this. If there is one Staff will know. That’s why I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

    Thanks a lot!

    It could be a configuration on discussion (enable ou disabled profile URL on comments)

    Timethief are you sure that the Modlook tag works because it’s taking a really long time for staff to replie to us.

    @jordan1351
    I suggest you do not attempt to enter any dialog with me at all. Bloggers who post here expect and deserve correct answers that they can rely 100% on and they want them as quickly as possible. You do not appear to have the required answers.

    Every time you or anyone else posts anything into any thread that does not provide s specific and correct answer to the question posed we fail the blogger who asked the question, waste their time, and the fact we posted moves the timestamp further forward, which means it takes them longer to get the help they need. Not only that but experienced Volunteers then have to waste their time by tailgating you into every thread to make sure that those who post questions get the answers they deserve.

    @tetzner

    As this thread is tagged for Staff my suggestion is not to post into it again. As I noted above I have tagged this thread for Staff help. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Please don’t bump your thread by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

    NOTE: We cannot edit php and HTML and you already know that from previous threads, so it’s my opinion the answer from Staff will be no.

  • Unknown's avatar

    Well at least I tryed to help.

  • Unknown's avatar

    As you bumped the thread again just to say that it is clear that your mind was not able to overcome your ego, and therefore your mind did not register what I said. Stop posting please!

    Hi there!

    The only way I can think of doing this would be with some custom CSS to hide those links. If you’d like to do that, you’ll need the Custom Design upgrade.

    Custom Design [Redirects to Plans]

    I will add this as a suggestion internally though.

    Let me know if I can help with anything else!
