How to remove wordpress from the domain?

  I like to remove wordpress.com to my navadwip.com..I have spoke to domain providers that I can buy one domain and after that they will redirect that domain to navadwip.wordpress.com..Is there any way to do it directly?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can purchase a domain and use it on WordPress.com directly and easily by navigating to this address : https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/navadwip.wordpress.com.
