How to rename the posts page?

    I’ve seen on other sites, a page where it lists the author’s posts, one after another (a little snippit of the post and then you can click a link to go to each specific post). I’m unable to locate this page on my site and if I want to name that page something specific on the navigation bar instead of “blog”, how do I do this?
