How to rename your (DNS) name servers
-
I recently registered the domain name ashleynewmanphotography with bludomain.com
When requesting to go live with my new site, I found that typing this address in redirects me to ashleenewman.com
This is not my site but I was able to find out that it is hosted on wordpress.
When I contacted bludomain, they said to contact the domain registrar and have them rename your (DNS) name servers to the following: ns1.bludomain8.net ns2.bludomain8.net
I’m really confused on how to proceed and get my domain name that I paid for. Please let me know how to move forward. Thank you for your time. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Domain Name: ASHLEYNEWMANPHOTOGRAPHY.COM
Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC
Updated Date: 26-nov-2012
Creation Date: 26-nov-2012I don’t know what you are trying to do – but the name has been registered here since 2012 – did you register it?
If not – you can’t change the name servers since you don’t own the domain name. The name is also mapped here.
If you bought hosting for ASHLEYNEWMANPHOTOGRAPHY.COM – there is one small detail – you need to own that domain name for it to work for you
