How to renew?

    I received an email from WordPress saying:
    This email is to notify you that the following product(s) is set to expire on the date(s) listed:
    the-ari-experience.com – 7/19/2021
    but when I went to the site my profile says I have no sites??
    The website is still there and I’d like to renew it, but don’t know how to?

    The site I need help with is the-ari-experience.com. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hi Maria, you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site?

    It should be the email address we contacted on the renewal reminders.

    Hi,
    Thanks. But I can’t seem to find the ‘other’ account. I log out and then go round and round.
    I’ve tried logging out.
    I can see my site, but can’t log in to it.
    very frustrating.
    any other suggestions??

    Hi Maria,

    The correct account will be connected to the email where the notification was sent. So, after logging out from mariam56, you will want to log in with that other email address.
    If you don’t remember the credentials, try looking for the latest transaction ID, check out this page, and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.

    Just do not post the transaction ID here, as these forums are public and anyone can see the replies.
