How to renew Business after expiration?

    We did not recover our renewal email until 9 days after our Business plan expired. We have a credit card on file but apparently our auto-renewal is not functioning.
    We see no Business plan option to purchase from our account, only Pro. How can we renew our Business plan?

    Hi @fpcctulsa,

    The Business plan has been discontinued in favor of the Pro plan, which offers the same great features at a more affordable cost. You can review plan features and pricing here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    To upgrade to the Pro plan, please go to Upgrades → Plans. Afterwards, you can restore your site to its previous state by going to Jetpack → Backup.

    The best news we could get ;^) Thank you for your prompt answer.

    It might avoid some confusion if information regarding this discontinuation was included on WordPress.com website pages that talk about the Business plan. We could find nothing that stated is had been discontinued. It would also be helpful for renewal statements to represent this in some way. Our renewal statement clearly listed the Business plan and also the $300 cost.
