How to renew domain mapping

  I need to renew the domain mapping for downeycoop.com. When I go to the My Upgrades page, it shows that it will expire soon but it does not give me the option to renew. I bought the mapping as useer LGM, which is my site http://indianapothrift.wordpress.com/. So I tried logging out as downeycoop.com and logging back in as indianapothrift. This account days I cannot access the dashboard for downeycoop.com. Help! I am stuck in a loop!

  What happens when you are logged in as downeycoop and you use this link? Can your renew? http://downeycoop.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  That images indicates the upgrade was purchased by LGM and that is the account that has to renew it.

  I tried that, and it said I didn’t have access to the account that needs renewed.

  Hey there!

  I took a look and can see that the user “indianapothrift” was removed as a member of your blog 10 months ago. I would invite that user back as administrator to enable you to renew the mapping upgrade.

  Is there a way to do this without adding back Indianapothrift? That was my personal blog, and the Downey blog is my son’s cooperative preschool that I set up for them. Eventually this job will pass to someone else, so I need to set this up so just the Downey admin can do upgrades, and years from now I won’t still be the middle man. Thanks!

  Sure, I’ve gone ahead and transferred the mapping upgrade to the “downeycoop” account. Please login as that user and go to Store -> My Upgrades in your blog admin:

  And renew the upgrade. Let me know if you run into any issues. Good luck!
