How to renew expired domain

    Our domain has expired, shutting down our website and email accounts. Our WordPress account doesn’t seem to be the account that originally purchased the domain, but WordPress (Automatic) is the registered domain owner. How do I renew the domain and correct whatever situation is in place?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there, Our DNS settings were recently changed and it made us realize that our Domain name doesn’t appear to be connected to this account. The domain name is downtownwilliamslake.com it says it is still registered with Automattic, but we are having trouble finding the account.
