how to renew just domain name and not premium services

  Hi! I need to renew my ‘[WordPress.com] WordPress.com Premium’, but I just want to keep the domain name and not pay for the wordpress.com premium services because I’m not using them right now. How can I do that? Just pay to renew the domain name and not the premium services?

  I’m positive this is possible but I think a Happiness Engineer must assist you – have you tried to contact support via LiveChat ?

  I don’t see any sites in your account, and this account has never owned a domain with us.

  What is the domain you are trying to renew? It was most likely bought using a different account. If you can tell me the domain I can help you figure out which account that is.

  Thanks everyone! I accidentally submitted this question on my account that didn’t have a subscription, so I apologize for the confusion. BUT I was able to chat with a Happiness Engineer to get everything squared away! Thanks for your help!
