How to renew my domain.

  Hey.
  I bought the domain Hjertingauto.com with my Autorepair workshop 6 months ago. Unfortunately, the bill for renewing my domain has been sent to the previous owner and therefore it has not been paid.
  The domain is hjertingauto.com
  I do not know what to do.
  Please send a new bill to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it will be paid immediately.

  Hey Mike, we’re going to need to recover access to the old account. Are you able to work with the previous owner at all?

  Also, I’d recommend against using a domain-based email because of cases like these. The email will stop working if the domain is fully expired.

  Hi.
  First. Many thanks for your help.
  Unfortunately, it is not possible to contact the previous owner.
  I have found a bill from 2019 with ID number on.
  Can it help reopen my domain?

  Please do not share your transaction ID here in this public forum. It’s good that you have it though, as you can enter that info in the form here. This will let us know more info about this transaction https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  Hi

  Thanks for your help.

  Is it not true that if I enter id number in your link then they send an email to the previous owner’s email.
  And then I do not get anything out of it.
  Please correct me if am wrong?
