how to renew my domain name?

  I’d like to renew my domain name and get it back up and running again if possible.

  I have a domain: carotidbody.org
  that is linked to a wordpress site.
  It is expired. How do I renew it?

  As there can be complexities involved it is best if you create your own thread. Please use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 so you can copy and paste your text into a new thread where you will get the help you need. Make sure to include both URLs when you do that and be sure there is a primary domain set for carotidbody.wordpress.com. This means that although carotidbody.org will forward to the site, carotidbody.org will appear in the browser address bar.   @nerdtotheword: I’ve gone ahead to send you an email with more information about our expiration process and ways that you may be able to renew your domain. Can you reply from there?

  @adminisac: I can see that the domain mapping to carotidbody.org expired 101 days ago. I’ve removed the expired mapping on our end and, if you still own that domain elsewhere, you can map it to WordPress.com again via the following instructions:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
