How to renew my Premium upgrade?

When I log into my account for http://hillaryfund.org, it tells me that my WordPress.com Premium upgrade will expire on December 31, 2014, and that the upgrade costs $99 per year. However, it does NOT give me a link to renew my upgrade. All it shows me is a link to Learn More about my upgrade, which then takes me to the WordPress.com Premium page describing the upgrades which says, “You already have this upgrade”, and does not let me click the button to get the upgrade.

It also told me that my second domain name is expiring, but it gave me a link to renew that, which I did successfully. But it does not give me a link to renew the upgrade.

What do I do? I want to keep paying WordPress money so I don’t lose the upgrade on Dec. 31. How can I go about renewing?

The person who originally bought the upgrade will be able to renew it. If they’re not on the blog any longer, there are complications.

Thanks, raincoaster. The person who originally bought the upgrade is reporting the same problem. I’m pretty sure she’s using her original log-in info. But is there a work-around for the complications you mentioned?

UPDATE: The problem has been solved. The person who originally bought the upgrade logged in again and found the issue. Turns out she had updated her credit card info on her WordPress account a month ago, and the new info got applied to the domain renewal, but not the upgrade renewal. She was able to update the info again and the upgrade renewal went through.
