How to renew my website?

    I haven’t updated my contract, but couple weeks ago I updated domain and server services, what else I should do to get my website back?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    http://evelina2017.wordpress.com/ is loading fine for me but there is no content. To confirm, what is the URL of your website?

    Hi yotxblog,

    letsseee.com was registered through GoDaddy and connected to WordPress.com with domain mapping. The domain mapping upgrade expired along with your plan a couple of months ago, which is why the site has reverted back to evelina2017.wordpress.com. I recommend contacting GoDaddy for help with renewal of the domain itself.

    If you wish to continue using letsseee.com as the custom domain, please purchase a new plan:

    Hello, once again,

    but now I forgot which plan I had, I guess the premium once, cause I used Premium theme. When ich update the plan, can I be sure that my website will back with no changes done? Design and so one? :)

    There is no record of a premium theme being purchased on this account.

    If you wish to use a premium theme you can activate it as a one time fee, it never expires. That’d be the scenario for the personal plan option.

    Under the premium plan you would not pay any additional money for a premium theme as they are included with that plan.

    The domain itself has expired so I recommend contacting GoDaddy for help with the renewal. Once that has been done, letsseee.com domain can be connected to evelina2017.wordpress.com with domain mapping:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

    Although letsseee.com isn’t working, the content is still available at evelina2017.wordpress.com — so you have the option to work on a portfolio in the meantime.

    Hey, thanks for your fast replying… I mean now I connected GoDaddy and they connected domain with my server, even though it is still not working. Do you think it just takes time? can you see, whether now all is well connected? :)

    and through evelina2017.wordpress.com I can’t connect my portfolio..

    Did you go to Godaddy and pay for the domain renewal through them? If so, how long ago did you do that?

    I’m still seeing the domain as expired and in Redemption at this point when I do a whois lookup. We cannot add that domain back to your site until it is renewed and the records are showing that.

    If you have paid Godaddy for the renewal of the domain name, I would contact them again and get them to look and see what is going on with it.
