how to renew my website

    well, it seems you did’nt see i had trouble to renew my website, the payment it ‘s not very clear. you tell me it’s 60 dollars, it’s ok with me , but when it comes to pay,it’s not clear, therei not a payment of 60,00 $ appearing , but you ask to add a new credit card, without knowing how much you will take from it. I do’t want to give all my information and be taken whatever money on my account.

    If you’re referring to reginebreyton.com, then the renewal for that site’s Personal plan is indeed $60. However, the problem is that the domain (reginebreyton.com) is owned by you whereas the Personal plan is owned by a different account (dagavetaprod).

    If you have access to that account, please log in and renew the plan or contact us to transfer it to your other account.

    If that’s an account owned by a different person, you can contact them and ask them to post in this forum thread to confirm the transfer of the plan to your account.
