How to renew my worpdress premium account ?

  I am trying to renew the premium account but I can’t manage to do so.
  The both pages “extension” on the Dashboard and on the premium account doesn’t provide me with any choice (button or else) to do the renew.
  I have tried to renew through the wordpress premium purchasing page, but it doesn’t allow me to finish the operation and I get an alert saying ” you already have this extension on your account, do you want to renew it?”…. YES, but there is no way to do so !!!

  I don’t know what’s wrong but I never seen something like that… it’s really not practical.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with your WordPress.com user account. This likely means that the upgrade you are trying to renew is owned by another WordPress.com user account. You will need to log into that account in order to renew the upgrade.

  Could you have made a second WordPress.com user account at some point?
