You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns the upgrade to renew it – at 10 days I think you are still inside the grace period for renewal
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
Is there another account you might have used to purchase the upgrade?
I have also flagged this for the staff to help just in case

The domain was purchased by a different WordPress.com and has to be the one to renew it, or for that individual to contact us asking to transfer the upgrade to your ownership. I’ll e-mail the address on file for that account letting them know you’re asking about it.

The other admin has requested the domain to be transferred to you. You can now renew the domain at your convenience, though the grace period ends in about two days, so don’t delay! The late fee is nasty…

That was for a 50 GB additional in space for hosting media on your site. The website is dark because the “lease” on the domain name— cinemainvisible.com—is overdue.

Hi,
As mentioned before, the $90 is for a space upgrade that is new to your site (and that you may not need). The space upgrade wasn’t on the site before yesterday and not the reason the site is dark.
The domain name, CinemaInvisible.com, has an annual fee associated with it that was due almost two weeks ago. Since that had not been paid, that is why the site was dark.
It appears you’ve renewed the domain now and the site is working once again for me.
If you have any questions, especially about the 50 GB space upgrade, please do let me know. For your privacy, I redacted your telephone number and transaction ID from this thread.
