How to reorder the right side bar content

  Hi,
  i have choose INove by NeoEase. with two column. The right side contains the following order like Random Posts,
  Tag cloud, Categories, Blogroll and Meta. I want to reorder
  1.Categories
  2.Archives
  3.Tag cloud
  4.Meta.
  How to set in right side bar in my theme
