How to reorganize the pages in the menu

I can’t get my page menu to move my “About the Characters” page from the bottom of the list to right under “About The Author”

The easiest way to reorganise your pages is by setting up a custom menu. Then you can drag and drop your pages in whichever order you want. Instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
