How to replace pictures with Custom CSS

  This code works with Chrome, but IE and Firefox will ignore it.
  What is wrong here?

  @jurisss, I see this site associated with your username: https://meza898.wordpress.com/ . Is this the one you are talking about?

  Can you give us a bit more detail in what you are trying to accomplish? The code you have above is a mixture of HTML and CSS, but the CSS does not have any CSS selector associated with it.
