How to replace 'W' logo?

  Hi there,

  How do I replace the ‘W’ wordpress logo with my own logo/image? I am referring to the ‘W’ logo that appears at the top of the browsing window like on my google chrome tab.

  Note: after changes are made it sometimes take a few days for caches to be cleared and updated

  Also note, that you do not need CSS to change your blavatar! Anyone can do that with the basic free WordPress.com site.
